I've just been exploring the Book Lover's Wiki. I think using Wiki's this way gives the public a feeling (in a similar way to a book discussion group) that they can share with other people what they have gained from reading a particular book. I also helps people engage with their library even when they are no physically in it.

I agree, Wikis are one of my favourite tools in Learning 2.0. I think they could be great tools for things like procedures etc which change all the time and need input form a lot of people.
